How soon can we start?
Usually, we book projects 2 months in advance, unless otherwise notified. Payment is required ahead of time to secure a start date. We do receive a high volume of inquiries. So...we highly recommend filling out our contact form as soon as you can to book our next available spot.
Can I book multiple services?
Absolutely! You can ask for multiple services. However, in order to begin your projects, payment will be required.
How long does it take?
This is dependent on how many services you book and receiving approvals/revisions feedback on time. Typically each service takes about 6-8 weeks.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are created for custom projects. However, in order to secure a start date, payment is required before your project begins.
Do you work on existing content?
Sometimes. Although we can repurpose some of the content you have, we do like to start fresh in order to build a cohesive and successful story.
